This is a picture of my homemade adapter to my power brake bleeder. There are a few more shots in my gallery.
I got tired of trying to make their adaptor seal to the master cylinder. So I cme up with this. Soldered the copper tube to the old cover. Then mig welded the the little holes in the cover shut. Took the factory gasket and cut the middle out over each side.
Worked perfectly. did not leak a drop. Lot better that the adapter that came with it.
So thought I'd share my contraption with you guys.
Nice. I took a flat plate of steel and drilled and tapped 2 holes in it. I do have to C clamp it to the MC but with a home made gasket it does not leak at all. I agree the one that comes with it is junk. The nipple breaks off and the clamping is terrible.
