74 headlight warning light

That bright red headlight warning light on the dash, can someone tell me where the switch for that things at? I need to turn mine off, thanks

Check the switches and wiring at the front, one of them might be bad and telling you one of the lights is up. The switches are on the front headlight assemblies.

This might help you. The switches break where the two halves are put together and mounted under the headlamp assembly.

Yep thats the piece that broke, the wires hanging down an still has half that switch pluged in it.

Mr wilcox while i have your attention i need a piece of weather stripping for my drivers window, its the vertical piece that goes on the rear of the glass. I have no idea what that piece is called, but it sure lets a lot of cold air in
