Default Good Valve Train Repair Website?

Looking for a site with good instructions on valve train repair/replacement. In particular valve seals. I understand the basics but have never had to do this particular job. CorvetteFAQ didn't have anything. Any suggestions?

I can't help you with the website. But valve seals are easy. First you need a source of compressed air and a hose that will screw into your sparkplug hole. If you have no compressed air, use a rope, insert it into the cylinder, fill the cylinder with rope( piston must be just before TDC) then rotate the piston until its at TDC. Your valves are now secure. Use a valve spring compressor to compress spring and remove the Keepers. Pull compressor and spring off and your valve seal is right there. Remove and replace seal, and reverse process to reinstall. And repeat for other 7 cylinders.
Oh yeah, Rotate the engine by hand when you have the rope in it.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the post. I understand the basics (whcih you have laid out) I was mainly looking for some instructions for adjusting the valve lash (assuming that i don't have hydraulic lifters) which I don't know as I didn't ask when I bought the car. I guess I could find out after I take it apart but I'm one of those "read up all about it before tackling it" kind of guys.
