Hi, can I put on 255/60 R15 in rear and 235/60 R15 in front for stock 1971 rallys?
Which is the stock size? Now it has something rather looks like a circle-shaped sausage on it...
Suggestions about which size to go with? What do you use on your ride?
This is what I would go with. No clearance issues at all with this combo and it looks great.
255/60's all around are big in the front and will rub on many pre-78 cars.
The original size 68-72 was F70-15 which were 26.92 inches in diameter.
The closest to this size today is 215/70-15 but will look better with the 235/255.

I actually test fit 245's on the front and had clearance problems. The 235's in front with the 255's in back had a very slight rake that looked great on the car. My current rears are different because I developed a traction issue after some engine mods.
I have 245/60/15 on rally on my 69 427. no rubbing. but the fiberglass top is fixed to the frame with rubber cushions ( not just with washers) so I think that there's a 1/2" clearance added
