Merry Christmas from Down Under
G'day all,
Well, I've just woken up from my post Christmas luncheon snooze and wish all of you a Very Merry Christmas. My mum and brother have just left and I'm going out to work on the Corvette, as it's cooled down a bit now. Temp got to high 20's today (Celcius).
I cooked roast lamb for CHristmas lunch whisn was followed by my Mum's famous boiled plum pudding, with lashings of custard and thick cream. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I had an omen this morning. I walked outside to bring the rubbish bins in and the first car I saw driving down my street was a grey C4. Didn't know the guy, but that's a rare thing to see down here.
I've had the car 10 years now and have yet to get it roadworthy so I can get it registered. Taking three week's leave on Jan 11 so no excuses now! Think of me working in this heat !!!LOL
