I assume that you have a 1973 Vette and a 1973 vintage power steering pump. All GM power steering pumps up through 1974 had a 9/16-18 UNF male thread on the end of the driveshaft. The driveshaft also had a 1/8 X 1/2 inch Woodruff key. You matched the keyway in the pulley to the Woodruff key and tightened the pulley onto the shaft with a nut (60 ft-lbs).
I thought that the pulley nut was torque prevailing. However, this nut on the Zip Store websight does not appear to be torque prevailing.

All GM pumps (1975 forward) had interference fit driveshafts and pulleys. They do not interchange with the nut retained pumps and pulleys.
