looks like it is just the metal plate that attaches to the body...

Soak the cage nuts from inside the car with PB or something similar--for a long time. Then back the bolt out from underneath. Then grind off the rivets, and remove the mount. That might be a bit tough---the area "inside" the steel mount is not hollow!
It would be a good idea to support the rear of the body with a wood shim between the body and the frame above the wheel, or something behind the car.
To put them in, I carefully put pressure on the rear of the body with a floor jack and a long piece of 2x8 under the car...I think I supported it at the bottom of the cargo area behind the diff carrier. Tapped the new mount in place, bolted it up, and re-rivitted. Don't forget about the spacers/shims and make sure they go back where they belong.
Done, and pretty easy
A good DIY job.Others might disagree and say that all the mounts may need to be unbolted to lift the body to change the #4 mounts, but this method worked for me. Hope this helps
