Will new Heads seal
Car running fine, loss power and started missing. Ruled out carb, distributor,coil,timing problems etc. Did compression check, no compression cylinder #4 and #6. Assuming head warped causing gasket failure between cylinders. I feel a little roughness on the block between cylinder 4 and 6. Is this going to be a problem sealing with new gasket?

You should check the block for straightness by using a really good straightedge ( I had mine made up at my favorite machine shop). Lay the edge across the block in an "x" pattern and try to slip a feeler gauge underneath. I like to keep it to a max of .003"-.004" across the block. Check your head as well, and be sure to clean all the leftover head gasket residue off both head and block. The roughness should'nt be a problem by looking at your pictures. Make sure to recheck head torque after a couple of heat cycles.

Lay a straight edge across surfaces. If you can get a thin feeler gauge underneath it, then you have warpage. If you don't have the stuff to do it with, take it to a motor machine shop and they will have the necessary stuff to do it with. They can also surface heads to get rid of warp. Not mill them but surface them. Gets rid of only the warp.
