I understand exactly what you are saying. Nothing wrong with your English.

Unless they were installed with some sort of anti-seize when put on, removing them is going to be extremely difficult.

I just went through this and ended up having to cut the headers to separate them. Luckily I was not planning on reusing them.

Perhaps you can heat them a little and then rotate the sidepipes with something like a strap wrench to get them started.

I am of course assuming that you have removed the bolts that clamp the sidepipes to the headers.

After removing the mounting bolts wiggle them from the back near the rear wheel. Yuo have to jerk them hard, out then in. If you think that removing them from the car is hard waot until you try to get the inserts out.

welcome, very nice looking Vette you have.
I installed my hookers and used anti sieze compound liberally. 5yrs later I wanted to use a new insert "Spiral Baffles" to compliment a new engine build. I got them separated with the "wiggle and twist" technique mentioned above. I kept the headers bolted to the heads so I could get some leverage. I got them apart after "MUCH" sweat and effort. The first one got a little lip damage in the battle. The second came off slightly better from what I learned from removing the first. It can be done without any damage..alot of sweat.

I just removed mine about 1/2 hour ago. A large strap wrench and liquid wrench got them most of the way off with some wiggling towards the end.

The inserts come out by dropping the bellowed end from a height of about 1 foot onto a thick piece of soft wood a couple of times.
