Default seat belts

I'm in desperate need of new seatbelts. I have recently installed new carpet and want to put the belts in before I bolt the seats back in. My question is..... what seatbelts for the c3s do you all recommend. I would really like to keep the gm logod latches but I understand that these are very pricey. Thanks once again.

what I did was, go to the junk yard and take the same color belts out of any gm car. Cut the threds off near the buckels, cut the belt the same length as your stock belt. Then you can re-route the new belt into your old buckle, and then you will need to hand stich the new belt to match to old one. This is a little bit of work but it only cost me about 5 dollars and it looks original.

I just picked up mine from Ebay from seatbelts.com for $350.00 - 30% discount that Microsoft was offering from their cash back deal

It came with GM latches too. My only complaint would be that I have the saddle color belts, but it has black stopper on all four belts.

I'd change them out one day, but those things are a pain to take out.

cool, I might have to check out both of those options. It is amazing to me that belts cost as much as they do because there really is not alot there as far as technology goes. The retractor systems seem really cheaply made to me. GM doesn't think so obviously haha.

I have checked some out. Do these look like the correct ones? I'm afraid they don't come with the bottom rectractor mechanism and only the top. Thanks. Here's the link

Yup,

Those are the guys I bought it from. Sorry, I got their name wrong.

I forgot to mention that the retracting system did not have the harness for the seatbeat warning light. So, I just let the harness plug under the seat
