Power Steering assist
How much assist do you get with stock power steering? I know it's difficult to express, but for instance, if it is working correctly could/should you be able to make a 90 degree turn perhaps by using just two fingers in the steering wheel spoke? The steering is certainly more difficult when the power suddenly goes out (ask me how I know....ugh), but having filled the resevoir, bled the system, and ensured enough fluid is there, it does not seem to be any different than when the resevoir was empty. There is no squealing, humming or other noise coming from the pump either. I just don't want to take the trouble of replacing the cylinder or pump if what I have is all there is (for power assist). Thanks.
