Remove Lower Left Dash Pad 1977 ?
I need to replace my tach. and lower left dash pad. Can anyone give me info on how to get to get the dash pad off, I know I gotta drop the steering column, not sure on that either, also seems to be a ring near the bottom of the steering column that goes over the extended part of the dash pad, does that move?

Go to Wilcox site, lookup the 75-77 tach circuit board and he has instructions that you can download. Keep in touch and let me know how that goe for you...just did a 78 which is much easier...no dash to take apart.

Cant find that on the Wilcox site. THey only seem to offer 78-82

Here is the link for doing the tach. Yes, it's for 78-82 but once you have the tach out you'll see it's pretty much the same. The big difference on the tach board install is the plastic cover on the back of the tach, the rest of the install is the same.
