I started this thread to find out all the available information there is for free. I know you all know of one or more sites or places where you get downloads or other stuff free. I am restoring a 1968 corvette so I am trying to learn as much as I can. I moved it to the tec. forum since it wasn’t getting that many replies in the general forum.

I don't know if its still true but contact VPB and see if they'll give you their HOW to DVD. Brakes, Trailing Arms, Steering are all covered.

dar322 - is your car a 1981? If yes do you have photo of your original gas cap? I'm in Hampshire,IL I have seen a brass metal and white and black plastic?
