Crate motor/builder suggestions

If you think my numbers are to high for my budget, what types of numbers do you think i could get?

I am "once again" shipping off to another location while serving in the US Navy. I bought the vette 7 yrs ago while stationed in Pearl harbor ( research my old post-its fun). I PCS'ed here to the east coast 4 yrs ago, and brough her with me. She ran nearly maintenance free for me for almost 3 years,

Spun a bearing last july!!!!!
I am less then 45 days from PCS'ing to Naples Italy. But, i am leaving her with my brother while stationed over seas ( havent decided to ship over or not). But while i am in Europe, he will get a new engine put into the car!!!!

Here's an article on their 383's.

I'd go with a used Roller Cam block and Forged Crank..
Brodix IK's or Canfield Heads instead of the Edelbrocks.. and 180-185cc
instead of 170cc's.
402 460 hp
402 490 hp
and
Unclaimed pump gas street engines
These are built on new Dart SHP blocks and if my old eyes do not fail me in the garage these really look great.

A picture doesn't do justice to a live Shafiroff engine.

Like I stated, I would like to have the ZZ383, but still I salivate at the thought of dropping one of those aluminum 427's in my '69 vert!
IMO, if you are using the vehicle as weekend fun (not necessarily racing) these should be fine. I have a 68 with a 327 / 369HP. During the summer I drive it around a few times per week. I have never run the engine over 4800 RPM even though it should do well over that.
Take a look at the A2 in mt last post. $5k and tons of TQ and 500 HP
