...From a mid sixties Mustang! Passing each other on a two way street he gave a big wave and I waved back. Kinda cool to see a wave from another car enthusiast without the usual Chevy vs. Ford trip.

Around my area pretty much all the old muscle cars wave at each other along with a lot of the street rodders, we're all in the same basic hobbie, just in different segments. Still cool though :D

Re: Got a cool wave today... (427_Roadster)
That's funny, I was dropping my daughter off at the bus for her ski-day and oncoming was a 340 Duster who waived. The jaws of the occupants in his car though had dropped much lower than ours! One guy in the front was almost crawling into the back seat as we passed, trying to get a better look
Whenever I wave to a C3'er or a Vette in my Mustang I get dirty looks or "Let's Race!" looks. (Fortunately my little Stang can tear up L48's! (No insults here. I have a LG4 for Pete's sake!))
A Mustang and I sped around on the freeway once, just for ha-ha's sake. Not racing, I'd speed up, he'd speed up. It was rather fun, plus he was behind me, so... worse come to worse I could say he was putting pressure on me. :chevy
When I had to get off, I waved and he waved back.
