Repairing frame body mount brackets
I pulled my frame and found the body mounting points rotted on both the frame and the body rails, so I'm in the process of installing 3-piece body rail inserts and repairing the body mount brackets on the frame. Here are a few pictures of the inserts I made to repair the frame. I still need to weld them and then it's off for blasting and powder coating.

After Pictures
Went over all the welds, added gussets, repaired the body mount brackets, and boxed the frame at the front swaybar mountiing points. Here's some pictures after welding, acid dipping, and powdercoating. The color is Tiger Drylac - Flame Red!
