Hi guys, I just installed a Holley 670 on an Edelbrock RPM Qjet manifold. The vacuum port in this manifold sits right under the carb. Can I install the the vacuum for the lights and the trans to a port on the carb? or should I get some kind of adapter and fit to the manifold.

I did. I have a holley carb that sit over the vacuum port on my manifold. I hooked up the vacuum lines for the lights and brakes straight off the back of the carb. I don't have an auto tranny so maybe this would be too much for the one port. I do have a lumpy cam so my vacuum is low anyway. However, everything works fine. I'd give it a try. If you notice you're not getting enough vacuum to run all three then you know you need a second vacuum port. I'm not sure how much clearance you have between the top of the manifold and the bottom of the carb, but I do know that they sell shorter ports that screw into your manifold. Check with Napa. If that doesn't work then you can always drill a new hole in your manifold.
Thanks for the feedback. I will try Napa and see what they have for an adapter. I will do that first before going to the carb, which means increasing the length of the lines.
