Speed Demon Carb help
Ok, after my last thread about what size carb to use I bought a 750 speed demon with vac secondaries.
Heres my question now,
I am setting up the transition slots as per Lar's paper and noticed that the secondaries have about 1/8" of slop in the linkage that lets the blades move and open the transition slots more than spec. I assume the vacuum from the motor will open the secondaries until the play in the linkage is gone and make the motor idle fast?
Has anyone esle had this problem with vac secondaries?
