It is very close with these Aluminum angle plug heads. It would work with some shorty plugs on the two inner cylinders and if you got the ceramic boot spark plug wires it would work with Hooker Headers. #2 and 8 would have no issue and as I recall the same on the drivers side but not as bad. Have no clue with Headman Headers.
I think you have to remove the headers or at least get them very lose to change spark plugs with the Hookers.

Contact your head manufacturer, you could probably also contact Hedman and ask them as well if their (specified) header works with these specific heads.
