Need ya to take a look ...
I need some help. I'm restoring my console, gauges, dash pad, etc. and I need to know a color.
Specifically, I've got a '72, and need to know what color the little "warning zone" is on the water temp gauge. Mine is faded - I think - so was it originally flouresent orange, or yellow, or white, or some other color ... ?
Could some forum members take a quick peak and let me know - t would be greatly appreciated !!!

Sorry no one has got back with you on this.
I believe my 71 has the same color gauges. I will look at it when I get home and give you the details.

on my 71 it appears to be a cross between red and orange. sorry can't be more right on but it is 30 years old lol. i'm over 30 and changing colors to.robert
