Default Thermostatic sensor on Air Cleaner

I am finally getting around to detailing the engine compartment on my 77. The air sensor inside the air cleaner looks as if it should have 2 vacum lines coming off the base. I only have one vacum line though that comes off the diaphram at the intake of the air cleaner that controls the butterfly door. This line plugs into the back of the carb. Should there be 2 vacum lines that come off the sensor thats inside the air cleaner? If so does anyone have pics on how these should be hooked up. Thanks

There should be 2 hoses on the sensor. 1 side to the vac motor on the air cleaner flapper and 1 to vac source
