Rubber works. Urethane does do too. You'll not notice a difference in the car's handling with either unless this is a track-only car, in which case you should be using solid joints. The rubber will be quieter in all conditions. Urethane may squeek.

FWIW, you don't have to track you car to enjoy improvements offered by high perf bits, but I wouldn't bother with poly if you don't already have poly CA bushings, in which case it would then be worth something to you.
