Again, thanks for the welcome, everyone! And, a special thanks for all the encouraging info about the transverse monospring kit.
All these photos of big tube exhausts have me convinced I'm going to have to trash my old 2-1/2" exhaust system and step up to 3" while I have the car up on jacks. :yesnod:
I did my susp. when that transverse was just new. Monty has it! :D I thought at the time - wait till it gets better. so Just did the light front end with 550 1 1/8th poly adjustable and steel 420 lbs rear good shocks Smart strut. 3/4 HD everything MOOG ball joints Steering spaced 1/2 inch down to clear my 8 quart R racing pan. I need to weigh my car. Years ago it was 3082 pounds Now I've gained 8 point roll cage and a bundh of ++++ and a bunch of -------power went up to cover them - So who knows
It all comes down to lbs per HP and I should be in the 6 pounds per hp class
I'm still running 2.5"...I think 2.75" would be ideal, but who makes stuff that size??

Ya, 2-3/4" would probably be just right. 3" will fit, as far as I can see, though I'll have to be careful where they go through the crossmember or I'll get vibration induced into the frame.
