Broke down and ordered 1.6 ratios today
When I picked out my cam I purposely chose a cam with mild lift to avoid a lope and vacuum signal problems. At only 434/454 it runs fine, but I think I can get alittle more air in the motor. So today I ordered a set of 1.6 ratios to increase the lift another .30 and hopefully my WOT rev to 5,500. Granted, I don't believe in the hp claims by the advertiser, I do believe it can only help in opening up the motor a little more.
Any thoughts?
