Spindle flanges seem tight

Spindle flanges seem tight
Well tomorrow is the day. The parts ready and I think I am ready. I picked up the complete spindle kit from Duntov. The only concern I have is the spindle flanges, they seem way to tight to go on the spindles. The just slip off and on on the old spindles but act like I will have to pull the on the new spindles. Is that normal or could the splines be wrong.
