Should have the other in tommorow.

Then to figure out how to mount to the covers.

What's your plan/direction with the car?

How are those covers subsequently blended into the body and how do you later change bulb?

They are sort of thumb screwed down, and then you just unscrew the covers and replace the bulbs.

www.fgreggracing.com has some pictures.

Its a tinker toy.

Looks good! How about mounting the covers with Dzus fasteners? 1/4 turn and they pop off. There are flat heads, button heads, or even wing style. All are a quick release. Or a piano hinge at the front and then the Dzus at the rear.

Just my thoughts. I'd guess you already figured out a plan.

not really. Its been a royal pain just getting the buckets in.

All I know is that I need 6 ish fasteners 3 from 3 back.

Here's another thought- put a piece of aluminum angle across the front, mounted so the covers slip under it and then the 3 quick release across the back- That will keep air from lifting the front of the cover too. There's a picture of a setup like that on another forum somewhere, but I don't remember where.

I thought about that and got some angle aluminum got cut it to length and got a universal drive wrench and started beating into the right angle. Changing the angle of angle aluminum makes it curve apparently.

I am digging the hinge idea that i can drill my own holes in. So I can line them up with the holes for the bumper.
