Default brake caliber

tried to bleed the brakes today.broke a bleeder screw 'then i broke the easy out in the bleeder screw .i called advance auto ,they had a caliber and would take mine as a core even with the broken bleeder .i will be buying a brake bleeder .

Always replace calipers as a pair. Not sure if this helped you, besides I am not sure what your question is

the other caliber is only two years old. it is good .but i broke a brake bleeder screw in this one .advance auto said that they would take the caliber anyway .i was happy about that .you should replace pads as pairs .there was no question

You may be right.. Changing just one is ok. Some of us have become obsessive compulsive perfectionists out here.

BTW.. its spelled as 'Caliper' (not that it matters.. I understood what you meant)

Now is a good time to replace the flex lines. They don't last forever, like 20 years is good.
