Anyone use the EDL-2116 and have issues with headlights not popping up properly? All main vacuum lines are hooked up on intake to main ports just like factory was except no EGR stuff, choke, etc... All remaining ports on stock Q-jet from factory air cleaner (replaced with drop-down) are plugged on carb. Checked and double-checked but this one is strange. Car sat for a few months during process of top end rebuild. I'm going to trace lines back but was curious if anyone had an issue with this setup.

Performer Vortec Dual Plane intake is not the issue.
All main vacuum lines are hooked up on intake
The Q-J has plenty of ports to connect everything properly so it probably does not have the vac. lines connected right. Check PCV & evap. hoses- separate not to everything else.
Or
Little vac. is needed for the headlights, could be vac. leak like vac. tank.
My headlights worked fine when I only had 12" of vacumn. Maybe I missed it, but did your headlights work before the intake swap? I'm betting the intake is not the problem.
Anyone have any pics? ALso per another thread I just read, How about a 4 hole carb gasket on this 2116? Will that make a difference? Summit gave me that 4 hole and I think it is wrong.
