Nearly finished engine rebuild.....pic.
Just thought I would share with you my joy on finishing the rebuild on my '81. Although I have thoughrally enjoyed the experience it's still nice to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Apart from adding '72 heads I've replaced the cam, all bearings, piston rings etc.and added a roller timing set. I've had the heads and the block decked.Just need to buy myself an alluminium water pump and chrome fuel pump and it's job done ! :cool:VettePaul.

:cheers:Guys. Alwyn678, The numbers on the heads are 3998920. Not quiet sure about much else. They must be better than stock '81 heads though eh ? VettePaul. :D
