Rotating assembly question
im looking at different rotating assemblies and they state internal balance or external balance. what does that mean and what would i need if i wanted to put one in my 75 l48. thanks colin

350's are intenally balanced, meaning harmonic and flywheel play no role with balancing. They're neutrally balanced.
Factory 400's and 454 cranks needed additional weighting to balance the rotating assy, and some balancing is 'external' with offset balanced flywheel and harmonic.
