Hot with air
Hello folks , I'm new with the forum and just bought a 72 Convertible, I love the car , It's the one I've always wanted but it's still hot inside even with the air on max. My wife will not even ride in it with the top up. My question is ???? Is there a blower fan modification or a way I can change the entire blower box on the firewall that will blow with more volume. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

your in luck, there are a lot of threads on ac mods. You need to put in a shutoff valve on the heater hose, swap in a C4 blower with a spacer, fix the gaps in the ducts and make sure the duct doors work and insulate the floor with reflectix or similar

I made mine from MDF and painted it black. Worked like a nut. West palm isn't far, if you need some help I'll be glad to lend a hand. Got to get the wife happy with the toy
