I went to look at the motor and it does have vett valve covers but have not run the numbers yet on it,i need a 350 engine no mater what anyway.
my question is will this oil pan on this 350 work on my car or will i have to find another pan,and what else will i have problems with.(alt brackets, power steering,so on?

Build it like you like it
If you just want it to run, then just about any 350 can be made to work. Generally, any GEN I 350 you'll find is either really old or been through an overhaul or two...and are mostly junk in my experience. The oil pan should fit with no issues...but if not, an aftermarket pan is relatively cheap and an easy swap - just be sure the depth is the same to match the oil pump pickup. BTW, don't let the "it's a Corvette engine" thing affect the price; it's just a 350 anyway '-)
If you're restoring it, you might be better off trying to find the correct year motor complete with all the bracketry.
