Rim question
I am looking to upgrade from 15 inch to 17 inch rims. I have flared fenders, so that is not an issue. I currently have a 245/50X15 up front. I am going to a 255/40X17. For that tire I am buying a 17X9 inch rim. I would like to run zero offset.
Here is my questions: Has anyone done this? Were you able to run a 4½ offset?

I have SLP 17 in rims on my 78 and don't know about offsets but you can get that info from SLP. I run 255/45/17 in front and 255/50/17 ZR's in the rear. No issues rubbing in front nor issue with the e brake cable in the rear.
