Default Getting My Baby Back Today!

Should be picking up my car this afternoon after having the engine rebuilt.
Here's the list of what was done: Complete engine rebuild, bored 30 over,
balanced and bluprinted, keith black pistons, heads reworked and exhaust and
intake enlarged, comp cams XE cam and roller rockers, new edelbrock carb. New centerforce clutch,M-20 resealed, new shocks, front suspension, tunnel insulation and underbody insulation. Radiator recored, distributor rebuilt, new
belts and hoses, new front calipers, pads, and lines. Hope my bank account can recover. Now time for engine and clutch break in. :blueangel:

I was curious who did the work and if it was very expensive?? Sounds like a ton of Mods that should really make it run NICE..Are u gonna Keep that 3:08 gear?? sounds like with all that work maybe a stronger gear may be in order...I know that it is for me

I think a lot of L36 owners are interested in engine mods/rebuilds to get more power, so feedback please! Centerforce recommends a 500 mile break - in for their clutch!! Seems like a lot, especially since 500 miles on the highway with no shifting doesnt count.

Which carb did you get? No headers? MJ

I havent added everything up at this point, but i'm guessing between 6 and 10 grand. As far as the 3.08 gears are concerned I'll have to see how they
perform with the new mods. I'll post more after driving the car. Got the Edelbrock Quadrajet replacement. Decided to stay with the stock exhaust manifolds to keep the car looking as original as possible.
