Curious...What size front sway bar do you have? I measured mine and it appears to be 1" diameter. I ordered new rubber bushings for it, but they informed me that they could not find any info showing that my car (68 vert 327ci/350hp std/no pwr/manual trans car) had this size of a bar...??? They also stated that they only have access to bushings for 3/4" and 1-1/4" but not the 1".
THANKS!

If it's 1inch diameter, it's not original. There's another posting above that says it's 3/4 inch. That spounds right. I have a 1 inch sway bar in my 68 and 70.
I bought a set of front sway bar brackets and bushings from a forum Corvette suspension vendor. They shipped me a set of 2 1/2 wide brackets. The stock brackets are 3 inches. The brackets they sent me looked like the brackets for the rear sway bar. Anyhow, I ordered a set of new 3 inch brackets from Guldstrand motorsports. They have 1 inch inner diameter bushings that are three inches wide,..I know since I bought a pair last week. They are urethane.
By the way, when you get new urethane bushings, they may not be split. You have to split them to get them on. They need to be split from the side. Get a box cutter or carpet razor blade knife and heat the blade up with a propane torch. You can slice'em like butter.
