Which A/C compressor?
I have been looking for an A/C compressor for my 1982. All of the parts store web sites I looked at asked if it was a switched or non switched compressor. The guy at Auto Zone didn't know what this means either. Anyone know what this means?

Some GM compressors of the era had a plug/connection on back, that a extra wire went to from a black cube ish 'fuse' in the control line to the clutch solenoid coil in front, what that did was blow the inline fuse if there was not enough freon.....so to keep compressor from burning up....
