I finally received my LED bulbs from 07 silvervette 17 out of British Columbia. After I put them in, neither my instrument panel or console gauge panel did not light up when I turned on the lights. Anyway, when I started the vehicle to drive it to work, the left headlight popped up. I then turned on the lights, the other headlight popped open. The dash still was not lit. When I turned off the lights, I could hear a vacuum leak. I'm not sure whether the leak is coming from the hose at the light switch or the hoses at the manual override switch. (I'm sure I reconnected them in their correct positions) The leak persists as long as the light switch is off. The speedometer no longer works now (I'm sure I knocked the cable loose while trying to get my hands behind the cluster) As far as the dash not lighting up, I wonder if I may have damaged the printed circuit board while replacing them. The tachometer still works. Replacing the bulbs was a pita due to the cramped space. While doing so, I tried to drop the steering column (non tilt) It would only drop one inch. I guess I will try to work on it again tomorrow morning. Damn, I hate when you replace items and they do not work and then because of it, other things do not work. I will work on this again tomorrow morning. If I ever get them working, I will post pics.

Reason: Title change to hopefully ilicit some replies
Being that none of the lights work might be a bad switch.
Man you must have three elbows and be double jointed to get under there and do all that.
My dash lights dont work either but I cant bring myself to get under there and root around.
what year is the car? replacing the bulbs should have been an easy job for ya with just pulling the dash panels off. the lowers relief valve has two color dots on it for the correct striped hoses. see if you have them backwards. did everything work BEFORE the led change over?
I had the same problem when I swapped in the LEDs. I had the same fear that the circuit board was shot so I checked the fuse. Pulled it out and it tested good, put it back in the dash lights worked. Can't explain it, just fixed the problem.
led lights only work with the correct oreintation, if they are installed backwards they will not light, hard to beleive you installed all lights incorrectly,
sounds like some things got yanked around during the install.
I hate digging into these dashs ! good luck...69VETT
