Thad, I am thinking about going with the GM 350/330 vortec engine, and putting roller tips on it if it doesn't already come with them. I would also use the Eldelbrock Vortec intake manifold, and reuse my Holley 4175 and distributor.
I already have the Hooker headers and the 2.5" exhaust.
I think the only other things I would need are a water pump, harmonic balancer, and fuel pump to complete the job.
Does anyone know if there is a cam upgarde you can get in the 350/330 vortec engine from GM?
