dash indicator lights

Default dash indicator lights
the battery light and the choke light are on. installed new battery and alternator, didnt help. Also when the blinker indicater light doesnt light up, but the blinkers work, will that make the blinkers faster?

is it a pain to get in there and change the bulb? in the dash
