Did you know?
Here's a little tid-bit that I found as interesting. Did you know there were no Corvettes painted black by the factory from 1970 to 1976?

I didn't know that ! I guess black was not a very popular color in the mid 70's.
I wonder how many other GM models did not offer Black in the 70's?

I always heard it was because black shows flaws easily, and the body had flaws in it that when painted black, you could see them.

Black is ok up north in the land of frozen ice and snow...warmer...
but down in the sometimes warm, but mostly sunny south....well 9 months a year, it's too much for the a/c to fight...unless you happen to get lucky for a while...
Black is for funeral herses, and dope dealers, along with tinted windows....and chrome wheels....
