put headers on and now the front passenger bolt will not work. This is the one with a stud for the AC bracket. The factory header flange has a metal tube welded on it. I could just add a inch of washers. Would that work or do I need a solid metal tube type adaptor?
found this at Lowe's. It is to connect threaded rods. I will drill the threads out so the exhaust bolt will pass thru then trim to length. Think it will look good.
For all of that you could use that splice nut, a piece of all thread and a nice looking acorn nut to finish it off, lots easier than drilling out the threads
