79 L48/L82 Ignition Timing Specs

79 L48/L82 Ignition Timing Specs
Are the ignition timing specs for the 1979 L-48 and L-82 engines 12 degrees BTDC and 14 degrees BTDC? The reasons I ask is because I now have 64cc aluminum heads on my engine and for now I wish to set the initial timing to factory specs until I get a dizzy re curve kit. Another reason I ask is because since I have these aluminum 64cc heads along with the L-82 (TRW forged flattop pistons) Will I need to retard timing because of this? Engine started it's life as an L-48.
