Tilt tele c ring
Anyone have a tool or ideas how to get the c ring back in.... We have pushed on the lock plate and still can not get this sucker back in....

note.. have your helper pull up on the stering shaft with channel locks(with the s.wheel nut threaded on to prevent thread damage) while you both push the plate down and install c ring. these things will flat make u mad without that tool.!!!
