So the blinker indicators and my high beam indicator between the speedo and tech have ceased to function... Everything seems to be working normal in terms of blinker operations and high beams on the outside. Is there a dedicated fuse for the internal indicators? I have the hardest time deciphering the fuse box in these things. I am guessing that the possibility that the bulbs both went at the same time but thought I would research first.
The turn indicators are on the turn signal fuse but if the turn signals are working the fuse is good. The high beam indicator is not fused through the fuse box,its fused with the fusible link but the headlights work so it cant be that. The only commons I can see between the 2 is the ground and the printed circuit.

Well, after months of putting it off, I dug into the horror show known as the Vette dash, which of course turned into a curse filled tool throwing fest. All the bulbs are good, printed circuit looks good but I will meter it out to makes sure. Will take a meter to the plug as well while I have the speedo/tach cluster out.
I am still in awe at how these cars were put together. There is nothing easily accessible on one of these. The amount of tools required for the simpilest tasks always astounds me, which it shouldn't by now.
Looking like some oddities with the flexible printed circuit board. I ordered one courtesy Wilcox and their way awesome forum sale. Hopefully this will cure me.
Well, just to update this for anyone that might find it helpful, I put in the new circuit board that I ordered from Wilcox and it got me all of my indicators back operational. The way cool thing that I didn't expect was that it fixed my choke light too. I did the diode replacement in the alternator, choke heater relay, splice cable to the carb.... all left me scratching my head. I had no idea a bad ground in the flexible circuit board could cause this issue with the choke light. I have researched the crap out of it and this has never been mentioned to my knowledge.
Not often, but every great once in a while, this car will throw you a bone....
Replacing the printed circuit boards will eliminate many dash/center gage problems and with our cars at the age they are it is just good insurance to replace them even if they are wroking; as it is most likely just a hard bump away from not working.
Crash80,
Thanks for posting the results of your circuit replacement. Don't take it personally about the difficulties of working on the Vette. I believe they were designed so that we could do our part in keeping the economy going.

As for as the factory gauges, this forum has already convinced me to ditch the whole instrument panel. AUTO METER for me
