I changed my power steering pump when I started car steering wheel
turns to the right won't stay straight when car is running .Do I need to do a better job of bleeding system?

It sounds like your "control valve" needs to be "balanced".. If its unbalanced it will either push or pull your steering to one side or the other.. I just performed this myself when I replaced the valve.. Just google "balancing power steering control valve".. Its actually pretty simple.
