Default Frame mounts

Hi all,

I am currently working on a 77 and have removed the body from the frame.

The #1 and #4 frame mounts are rusted and the hole that the rubber mounts fit in are larger than they should be. I would like to repair the mounts insted of replacing them.

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the hole that the rubber mounts fit in?

Thanks

I had the same problem on my 80. I made inserts that I welded in. I don't remember the size holesaw I used, so I just took a measurement; it has been powdercoated and it measures 1 1/8" diameter. I am using poly bushings and they fit snug.

I did basically the same thing, I ended up using a 1.25" hole saw.
