172.00 bill for a reman carb that wasn't up to par. Eklers said it was tested b4 it was sent.

Eckler's doesn't check shyt. If you bought a reman carburetor from them, another company rebuilt it. They just carry stock. It may very well have been tested after it was rebuilt, but it wasn't by Eckler's.
