Brake caliper clearance is the first item. Be sure the wheels themselves clear the brake calipers. After that they should fit, but look for these items:
FRONT: possible rub to frame at full lock. Not to worry during normal driving, but something to pay attn to in the parking lot.
REAR: possible rub on the E-brake cable-maybe and keep an eye out for rear spring contact, depending on how long your end bolts are.
The 8.5 rim with 4.5BS puts your outer wheel lip right at the OEM location. So its the backspacing side to check on. Just stating the obvious I suppose.
