hi guys--maybe help me out--checked some old posts re LeMans gas lid-they suggested a LeMans gas lid from Mustalgia for a bolt on lid--4 screws done--a little expensive but I guess no body work /paint etc---probably good deal???let me know what you guys think--
You are correct. I have a LeMans cap from mustalgia and you reach through it to access the actual gas cap. Mine is a fairly large locking cap and there is plenty of room.
I own one from mustalgia....it is VERY VERY simple to install or remove.... 4 screws and that's it!. I can take the cap off in under 2 minutes (and that includes me getting the screw driver)
