Default vacuum hose?

Anyone have an idea where this hose goes? I found it just laying pushed into the fender all clogged up. In the pic is the house and where it comes from..

Default headlight washer hose

I think it may be the headlight washer hose.

you dont have headlight washers...it may be the vacuum line for the heater/AC relay.

Default year

I didn't know what year your car was. There were headlight washers on earlier C3's

Is it all black or is there a stripe painted on it?

Also, where does the other end go?

It is all black.. the other end is in the picture too, it is what the red arrow I drew is pointing at, that is as far as I traced it at least..

That hose goes to the heater control valve located on the heater core line. It supplies vacuum to open and shut the valve. The other end should go through firewall with electrical harness and the vacuum line connects to the vacuum control switch located on the top of the heater box located inside car on passengers' side behind dash pad.

Hope this helps
Good Luck

Interesting.. I am planning on digging into it tonight and try to figure out why nothing is working on the ac/heater/vent setup. Guy I bought it from said the vent/heater worked and blew fine before blew the 350 and had it rebuilt with the 383.. I did happen to look under the console for a second on Saturday while I was detailing her out and saw a few loose wires

Jeff79 sent me a few pics of under his console so I have that to compare too until I get my AIM that I am bidding on off ebay..
